Real Life Case Study

Meet the Client

The client is the company Furniture Upholstery & amp; Curtains K.Filippou, which is active in the repair of vintage and modern furniture, special furniture manufacturing and curtains.

Which were the client's targets?

The aim was to promote and disclose the rich portfolio that the company has for years, measuring about 80 years and 3 generations, and establishing the company on the internet. Also, the progressive recognition of the company's achievements and activities. And this is something that can be achieved with targeted actions through the internet.

Due to the economic crisis, although the company has rich historical backgrounds and extensive know-how, the aim has been to expand its horizons in order to increase its clientele.

Which were the Needs of the Client?

The country's economic downturn has affected the client's industry more than ever before. It was considered necessary to broaden the horizons of the company in order to increase its clientele by addressing the means available to the internet.

By making a simple search based on the client's main activity (furniture upholstery), it will be noticed that in a well-known e-catalog, there are around 350 registered businesses in the region of Attica and more than 700 throughout Greece.

But now, most users when they want to search for something, the easiest and quickest way they do this is through search engines, mainly Google. In such a case, the resulting direct results amount to 206,000, a particularly high figure that raises the bar of competition.

So research, study, and design were necessary actions before making any implementation.

There was also a need for a proper and integrated branding to effectively organize the company's presence in the venue and the general public.

Branding is related to creating the identity of the company, identity in the sense of who they are, who they want to be, and how they want others to see them. Applying branding methods is what differentiated the company from others. Branding has shaped the perception that the general public has about the company and, of course, about the products / services it produces.

How did we respond to these needs and how we helped our client achieve their goals?

We have studied the audience you are addressing the customer's company. We discussed extensively and thoroughly with the customer himself in order to clarify the goals I want, but also to see if we can broaden the customer's horizons, choices and target market.

Who were the ones who would be interested in the services they offer, as they usually look for the services they offer.

Delayed responses to these queries helped us design a policy, target a plurality of specific target markets.

Then, the implementation of online work has been aligned with the above.

Gradually and methodically, within a period of about six (6) months, the tapek.gr website was already on the first pages of searches.

This result has contributed to the modules and techniques that have been systematically used on the company's website. So when the user searches online for furniture wallpapers or curtains for example (see Graph), the site appears in the results of the first pages in the search engines.

It's worth noting that all of this has been done without the use of paid advertisements, like Google AdWords.

As a result, this has increased the mobility of potential clients of the company.

How did the client's Business Benefit?

After about 6 months of activating the website, the customer started receiving incoming messages through the Site's Contact Form, and incoming calls from potential customers.

The results are also visible from the plethora of projects published in the projects section on the customer's website.
